Stuff Needed:
- 6-8 eggs
- 1 bag baby spinach leaves
- 1 pie crust shell
- 1 cup or so shredded cheese

Options for Quiche Guts:
- Diced cooked chicken
- Crispy bacon, crumbled up
- Diced bell pepper
- Diced onion/scallion
- Diced green onion
- Whatever veg sounds good to you, diced.

There was a book, and popular proto-meme back in the 70s, early 80s... "Real Men Don't Eat Quiche"
It was stupid then, and it's stupid now. Quiche is yummy, and hella easy to make.
Heat your oven to 375, and get your pie crust out of the freezer cuz you know damn well you didn't make one from scratch. Ain't nobody got time for that anyway.
In a saute pan, or wok, sweat your vegetables and protein, adding some salt and pepper as you see fit. Add the spinach last, and just get it broken down a bit, but not all soggy like spinach likes to get. Leave in the pan but set it aside for a moment.
Break all the eggs into a bowl or something, then stir em up as if you're making an omelet. Add in most of the cheese, and stir some more.
Sprinkle half the remaining cheese at the bottom of the pie crust, then pour in about half of your veg mix. Pour the cheese and egg mix on the top, then add the rest of the veg. Ideally it should be mostly blended, but don't worry if it isn't. Sprinkle the last of the cheese on top.
Pop that bad boy in the oven and let it go for 45-50 minutes. The top should be a nice light brown when it's done. Take it out of the oven and let it rest for five or so minutes, then hack it up like a pie and serve.
Put the leftovers in the fridge and eat it for brekkies.
