Stuff Needed:
- A wok, and a good wok'in spatula tool.
- 2-3 sweet peppers, something like bell pepper will work. Any color.
- 5-6 garlic cloves, more or less to your liking
- One bundle of green onion
- One package of char sui pork, about a pound or so.
- A handful of shrimp, more if you gotta have them skrimps! I like to cut the shrimpies in half, makes for a better mix.
- Your favorite noodles from the asian market.
- Soy sauce bottle. Don't worry, you don't use the whole damn thing, just keep it handy.

I called it "Chinese Style" because it's not actually a proper Chinese dish, but more of just a theme goin on here.
Dice your veg to whatever size you prefer, I generally go for the end-of-your-pinky sized chunks, but as usual, do not include the end of your pinky.
First, get your noodles cooking. It's going to take a little trial-and-error, but you want to time your noodles to be ready within a minute or two of the stir-fry being ready. Stir fry takes about five minutes, so work with that.
Heat up the char sui in the wok. It's probably already cooked in the package, so this won't take long.
Once the pork is good and toasty, throw your chopped veg in there, and a dash of soy sauce. Be careful to avoid a lake of soy in the bottom of your wok, so splashing as you go is probably better. Keep stir frying until your veg is tender (giggity) then throw in the shrimp. Keep stir frying until the shrimp is cooked.
Now add your noodles to the wok and keep stirring. Hopefully your noodles won't gum up, but if they do, a splash of soy helps.
When you're sick of stirring, serve.
Enjoy
